If you have an injury or are dealing with pain symptoms, ask your doctor for a referral to physical therapy treatment where your physical limitations and pain will be assessed and addressed. You or your physician's office can either fax the referral to: 469-482-2075 or email it to: info@facelesspt.com

The Normal Process
You may not have immediate access to a referral o need time to schedule with a physician to get one. You can still schedule and receive physical therapy! Texas law allows direct access physical therapy treatment for up to 10 business days after the first session before a physician referral is required. Your physical therapy provider may be able to connect you with a telehealth physician who would be able to help you get the process done. If you do not have a primary care provider and would like to skip to this step, go ahead and schedule your appointment, then email info@facelesspt.com with the subject line "PT Referral Help" and your name in the message.
